However, local tax records and property data were notoriously unstructured and fragmented. They needed a high-performance MVP that could aggregate massive datasets, run valuation models, and serve the results instantly to a mobile app.
The Solution Architecture
We developed a robust full-stack application (MongoDB, Express, React, Node) integrated with a custom data pipeline. We wrote Python scraping microservices to aggregate daily municipal property records.
