Acceptable Use Policy

1. Zero Tolerance for Malicious AI Usage

You are strictly prohibited from using our AI pipelines or fine-tuned LLMs to generate, distribute, or automate any of the following:

• Malware & Phishing: Generating polymorphic code to bypass security filters, or creating deepfake content for social engineering and phishing attacks.
• Disinformation: Operating autonomous botnets to astroturf social media or interfere with democratic elections.
• Illegal Content: Ingesting or generating explicit, abusive, or terroristic content.

2. Network Abuse & Penetration Limits

While we encourage robust security testing, the following network actions require explicit, written CTO authorization:

• DDoS Simulation: Launching stress tests or load tests against Acadify-hosted endpoints that exceed 10,000 requests per second.
• Unauthorized Pentesting: Running automated vulnerability scanners (like Nessus or Burp Suite active scans) against our production CI/CD pipelines or shared hosting environments.
• Cryptomining: Hijacking server compute instances to mine cryptocurrency.

3. Intellectual Property Violations

Our platforms cannot be used as a conduit for piracy. You must not use our infrastructure to:

• Host, scrape, or distribute copyrighted movies, music, or proprietary software without a license.
• Use our RAG pipelines to illegally bypass paywalls and ingest copyrighted datasets for internal model training.

4. Spam and Automation Limits

If we engineer email, SMS, or WhatsApp automation systems for you, you must adhere strictly to CAN-SPAM and TCPA regulations. You may not use our infrastructure to send unsolicited mass communications or purchase non-consenting lead lists.

5. Enforcement and Takedown Protocol

If our automated telemetry or abuse-reporting teams detect a violation of this Acceptable Use Policy, we reserve the right to immediately isolate your virtual private cloud (VPC), sever API keys, and terminate your contract without refund. We will actively cooperate with law enforcement in the event of criminal cybersecurity abuse.
