A corporate legal firm spent exorbitant hours manually reviewing massive NDAs and MSA contracts for non-standard clauses and compliance risks. They needed a secure, on-premise AI tool capable of scanning 100-page PDFs instantly to highlight liabilities without exposing sensitive client data to public internet APIs.
The Solution Architecture
Acadify AI Labs designed a bespoke NLP pipeline using open-source BERT models fine-tuned on legal terminology, evaluated using our comprehensive AI testing and evaluation framework. We deployed the model entirely within the client's internal network using Docker. A fast React frontend allowed paralegals to drag-and-drop contracts. The backend utilized FastAPI to process the OCR and NLP, instantly generating a highlighted risk-assessment report.
